Minor update: A bunch of miscellaneous fixes, tweaks and upgrades…, many of which were just tools to help me better administer the site.

Misc

• Added backgrounds to play buttons
• Fixed schedule edit menu options
• kill stream api functionality was added, so that hosts can end their own streams if something breaks and the stream doesn't automatically end.
• added emails to admin actions so users are notified about account changes (eg. being granted broadcast credentials)
• fixed bug turning on audio when someone hits the X on a play reminder banner.
• fixed mobile lock screen pause/play bug preventing those buttons from being respected.
